Measured results, or your money back
Before we start, we agree in writing on the results to achieve. If they are not met 3 months after launch, I fix the program at no extra cost for 30 days. If the results still aren’t there, I refund the set-up fee.

Do I need to change software?
No. The program plugs into the tools you already use.
What can be automated?
Any repetitive task that follows clear rules: replies, follow-ups, file checks, data entry, reports. The diagnostic helps decide where to start.
Does the system reply instead of my agents?
No. It prepares drafts, and your agents approve them.
Do you use AI?
Yes, but only where it is truly needed, for example to read a free-text enquiry. It runs on your European server or in your agency, never with an outside provider. Prices, availability and the texts that are sent come from your data and from reply templates you have approved.
Where is my data?
On your server in Europe or, if you prefer, in your agency. It is kept to a minimum, never sold, and deleted at the end of the contract.
Do I need to buy hardware?
No: in most cases, the program runs on a European server. To keep everything on site, it can also run on a computer in your agency or on a dedicated Mac mini.
